I have made a card to inspire you:

  

My card features the Bugaboo Stamps digital image called Jack and Diane - Sign It and the colouring medium is alcohol markers and a white gel pen.

The little sequin flowers are sewn on using tiny pearl beads.  The satin ribbon and bow match the CS mat behind the image.
