THINKING OF YOU - A DAY FOR DAISIES

I have had this beautiful digi image, called "Two Daisies in a Bottle",  from A Day for Daisies, on file for a while now and not had the time to use it on a card - until today.  This is a 'spotlight' technique card but instead of a circle, I used a rectangle for the spotlight.

 

I used alcohol markers for the colouring and glossy accents on the bottle to give it a glassy feel.   Here is a better look:

To be eligible for their challenge, I added some woolen fibres as the sole embellishment.  To make the image the focus of the card I inked the edges and then layered onto white again.  I think this beautiful image works well on a CAS card and the simplicity of the image compliments the simple heartfelt sentiment.
