This month's freebie is one that can be used as a background stamp onto which you can create a little scene, or it works very well as an image all on its own.
It's called "Garden Gate" and is available free to download for the next 48 hours.
Here is an easel card using the freebie, and I used it on its own, with a little poem:

I coloured the image using alcohol markers and a white gel pen for the highlights.There is a fair bit of edge inking and some layering, and the embellishment is a spray of berries and two autumn shaded leaves. i wanted to keep the card flower-free so that it would be suitable to give to a male.
