and this is my card to show you how easy-peasy this sketch is :
I merged three image to make this little 'scene' : Christmas Words - Believe, Fairy, Polka B - Side Sit, coloured using alcohol markers, and then fussy cut the image:

Following the sketch I constructed my card using the following from my stash:
red CS card base
offcut of turquoise CS
stick on border
stick on gems
It’s quite simple - see!
