AN EASEL CARD FOR CHRISTMAS

I used a Digistamps 4 Joy background stamp called "FRONT DOOR CHRISTMAS TREE" for this easel card:

To colour the image I paper-pieced the Christmas Tree and shaded is with alcohol markers and decorated with a white gel pen.  There are blue pearls on the tree as the decorations.  A rose adorns the bucket.

The door is also paper-pieced and shaded and a black brad is used as the door knob.

Punch –  red scalloped border

Die cut – red snowflake

Lace – around the gold button

Sentiment – stick on “Merry Christmas

Ribbon – below the gold button

Designer paper – sued to paper piece the tree, the door, and on the inside of the card

Button – gold button

Brad – as the door knob

Flowers – decorating the bucket the tree is in

Pearls – as the decorations on the tree

Distress ink  - edges of all the DP

Ink – alcohol ink to colour image
