AN 'ANYTHING GOES' CHALLENGE AT BUGABOO'S CATCH THE BUG BLOG

Since it is the first Saturday of the month it is time for our Anything goes Challenge!

Don't you just LOVE an
ANYTHING GOES!
challenge!

So if you made it we  want to see it and if you are lucky enough you will win  some free Bugaboo images it is that easy!
The rules are simple: Create a Project using the recipe above and post a link to it on Bugaboo Stamps' challenge blog, Catch the Bug,  by 10/13 at  6:00 AM EST to be entered a random drawing for three digi prize packs –ten (10) (using Bugaboo only) seven (7) or four (4), using any image!
New projects only no backlinking please!

Here is my inspiration project for you:

My luminary features the Bugaboo digi image called

I changed the black lines of the image to cerise and printed it onto vellum.  The ribbon is coloured using alcohol markers:

A window for the vellum was cut into pink CS, and a punched border added to the top and bottom.  Pink gems  and a pink ribbon and bow embellish the luminary.

The word 'remember' was added underneath the image.  The sentiment is from a Word Art set that I saved back in the day when I wasn't adding my downloads into store-named folders.  (My apologies for not being able to give you a link to where I got it from)

I have a little battery operated light that fits perfectly into the base and gives a beautiful glow to the finished project.  I love 'lighting a candle' for my dear friends and it helps me to come to terms with what they have endured.  This month I think of of all the women I know that have survived Breast Cancer, and closest to me is my cousin Tineke in The Netherlands.  I also pay tribute to those that have lost their lives to Breast Cancer, those anonymous to me but very dear to their loved ones.
