SIMPLY BETTY'S NEW MERMAID

I made a card with the freebie offered by Simply Betty Stamps

To create the underwater look, I used a free wallpaper of the water border and printed it, together with the sentiment, onto vellum.

The image is printed onto white cardstock using Copics and a white gel pen, and is on the inside of the card, behind the vellum:

dark blue CS frame with :

white gel pen doodling

white pearls

pale blue CS diecuts
