SIMPLY BETTY FREEBIE

I used the latest freebie from Simply Betty Stamps  on my card:

I coloured the image with Copics and fussy cut it

I placed the image on to of a white CS diecut, and sewed on some sequins and beads.  The rose in her hair is pinkish CS cut with a tiny flowers die.

shiny green cord

white fancy pearl
