The challenge is a colour challenge, with simply yummy colours ...
and I decided to make a Valentine's card, using the image, Deacon - Cupid. This is one of the newly released images from the Bugaboo Store. Isn't he just such a cutie! I love that quiver of arrows!
I used Copics to colour the image, and a variety of red velvet coloured offcust to create the background mats. The main background is actual VELVET embossed patterned paper, and the tag is also diecut from a scrap of velvet embossed patterned paper. I dug these out of the very bottom of my scraps box, and even forgot I had them - they are yonks old and just the perfect size and colour for this challenge! Yippee!
I have sewn beads and sequins onto the diecuts as embellishments, and a couple of flowers on the tag.
