A CAS CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE AT THE OUTLAWZ


This is my interpretation, not an entry into the challenge, as I am DT member:

 

The image featured on my card is Bugaboo's Dottie - Christmas Shop, and I used Copics for the colouring:

 

I added spme Stickles for sparkle.

The only embellishment is the gem corner, and the sentiment is my own.
