A BUGABOO NEW RELEASE



I'd like to show you one of the cutie new releases at Bugaboo Stamps today.  This fabulous little image was coloured using alcohol markers


To create my card I layered her onto digital polka dot paper and then sewed on sequins :

I also used the following from my hoarded stash:
whit cs base
blue cs mat
pink ribbon
