TERRIFICALLY THRILLING THURSDAY AT SHELLY'S IMAGES!

Hello friends!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Welcome to another Terrifically Thrilling Thursday!
At the Shelly's Images blog we have a fun new challenge for you, today!

Our challenge this week is ...

We'd like you to include plaids, checks or gingham!

Be sure you play along this week, for your chance to win!

You could be our top hat winner, or even win oneof our gold, bronze or silver medals!

This week's featured image is
"SIGNS OF SPRING"
and it's available in the Shelly's Images store, today, only, for a special sale price!

Here is my sample, using  the featured image and gingham checks:
I used scrapbooking paper with a canvas textured finish and printed the image onto it.  I coloured using watervcolour pencils without blending at all.

I used a diecut for the matting but as it wasn't large enough I had to cut it into four and hide the joins using the gingham ribbon.  I think the crisp red, white and blue colour them has given this a Dutch flavour.

Please remember to follow the Shelly's Images challenge blog rules:

- no backlinking to old projects
- each submission must be a new project
- link up your project, below, with the oh-so-wonderful inlinkz
- leave us some love by leaving a comment on this post
- don't forget to visit www.shellysimages.com and then click on store and then register.
