NEW RELEASE TUESDAY AT BUGABOO STAMPS' 'CATCH THE BUG' BLOG'


My creation is a Mother's Day card, with the featured newly released image coloured using alcohol makers.  The vase is covered in Glossy Accents and the little sequin flowers around the diecut are sewn on using seed beads and invisible thread.  The gorgeous lilac and white polka dot paper has inked edges and punched corners.  I used an offcut of silver and purple braid (left over from one of the belly dance costumes I made last year) and that fabulous wine coloured flower started out being shocking pink but a spray of purple using a Lindy's Stamp gang product coloured it to match perfectly!

Mother's Day here in South Africa is on the first Sunday in May - so this new release is perfectly timed!
