BUGABOO STAMPS SPONSORS "365 CARDS"

Jodi, the talented artist of the gorgeous Bugaboo Stamps, is SO GENEROUS!

Today, she is sponsoring 365 cards, and as I am part of Bugaboo DT, I get to make a card and let you know about both the Bugaboo Stamps range of JJ's and the 365 Challenge.

Isn't JJ fabulous ... I so identify with her, and perhaps I look a bit like her (from the ribs up - LOL) - many of my friends used to call me Jen-Jen, my hair is straight, bobbed and my glasses are identical.  But most of all I like her attitude!  And I especially identify with the sentiment on this card - why do housework when you could be crafting?!

My card features "JJ Housework - Vacuum" - just one of the great JJ images in the store, at least one for every occasion, and then some!

The colour palette I chose for my card is white, red and light blue (although in the bright sunlight of South Africa the light blue has photographed as a kind of lavender colour). I coloured the image using Copics, and highlighted with a white gel pen, and matted her onto a diecut which I inked using a dusty pink inkpad,.  The sentiment is part of the image set, and on a diecut circle, matted onto another diecut. I added some bling to the red diecut.  An eyelet was placed so that I could add that fabulous shiny  red twine, and an organza ribbon and bow behind the compu-gen sentiment. The base card itself is embossed using a brick-design folder.

The theme for the challenge at 365 Card is a sketch challenge, and this is the sketch:

No, seriously!!!  how easy is that sketch ... and  you could be the winner of some awesome Bugaboo Stamps, just for playing along!

I would love to add this card to the following challenges:
