But Fridays are fun, not only because we're on the weekend's doorstep, but it's Freebie Friday.
Here is my card showcasing today's freebie:
She is one of the "Gal Palz" - isn't she sassy! I love her attitude! I coloured her using my Copics, and a white gel pen for the highlights. She's layered on DP cut with one of my new Leisure Crafts die (eyelet circles).
There is a lot of sewing on this card for the embellishments, the sequins around the nestie are sewn on using 2mm seed beads, and the gold beads I used to pick up one of the paisley shapes. I also created another paisley shape using gold sequins and seed beads, and the red paisley is a chippie that I coloured red, sewed some gold beads around it, and filled the gap with glossy accents.The only other embellishments are the "Special" sentiment, and the tiny silk ribbon bow in her hair.
