The Outlawz Progressive Freebie Challenge :: The Outlawz :: December


This month's challenge is sponsored by All Dressed Up, and I coloured my image in pastel shades using alcohol markers.  As you can see, I used lots of Stickles too!

The background is digital and the yellow star has a covering of Glossy Accents.  I used a pale blue ribbon and bow to finish it off.
