A LIL ANGEL - FREEBIE FRIDAY AT BUGABOO STAMPS

Ho cute is this week's freebie from Bugaboo Stamps?

I used alcohol markers for he colouring of the image

I merged it with a digital background which I fussy cut and mounted on a white cs base.
The glittery sequin snowflakes were added as an embellishment, and the ribbon threaded through a punched ole in the polkadot background.
