This week's challenge at The Outlawz on the Friday Copics challenge group is a fun one... somewhere in the world it's National Chocolate Ice Cream day (and there's proof that chocolate ice cream is so important in our lives that there is a whole day dedicated to it- LOL!). so you are challenged to make a card celebrating
NATIONAL CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM DAY
Here is my DT card to inspire you, featuring an image from KENNY K, called TROUBLEMAKER
I printed the image onto Bazzill basics white cardstock and coloured with alcohol markers and a white gel pen. Here is a better look at the image:
I really love the way the texture of the board shows through, and how it accepts the colouring ink.
The chocolate ice cream was given a coat of glossy accents (I hope you can see it in this detail pic):
To complete my card I used the following from my stash:
white CS base card
turquoise CS card mat
red CS card mat
floral DP
lace
roses
pearls
peel off birthday sentiment
peel off flower with gem centre
