INKY IMPRESSIONS CHARM BLOG HOP

Welcome to the Inky Impressions Design Team Blog Hop
You have arrived in Durban and winter in Durban is just the best place to be ...

If you have arrived here via Jackie's blog, you are heading along the correct route!  Are you enjoying your hop?

If you have arrived here for another reason and you'd like to join the entire hop, click here to link to the first stop on the hop.

Each month on the 15th we will be bringing you an Inky filled Blog Hop featuring our fabulous Inkettes and as a Guest Design for Inky Impressions, I get to join the talented Inkettes too!

This month our Blog Hop theme is

Inky Charms!
That’s right, this month we are all sharing some Inky Impressions creations and using some of our Inky Charms!
Please join us this month and hop along!
Also, be sure to comment along the way, you never know where a prize may be hiding!

Here is my creation using the fabulous little princess crown charm, which is perfect to use on a birthday card for a very special little girl - a GIRLY girl!

I have created an easel card featuring the rubber stamped image called "Sassy Lilli"  available in the Inky Impressions Store

Lilli is hand coloured using Copics, a white gel pen and crystal coloured glitter glue. I added some fabulous striped DP and some pretty lace that I attached to the card base using sewn on 2mm seed beads.

The pink die cut reminded me of a crown, so I added some flat back pearls and gems to pretty it up, and added a spray of flowers in colours to co-ordinate with the palette of the image.  The two diamante stick pins  in the spray of flowers are what I made to add to the "princess' theme.
Here's a better look at the dimension and those stick pins:

And now, what this blog hop is all about ... INKY CHARMS!

My Inky Charm is this beautiful little metal princess crown
that I added to the sentiment tag.
