This is the card I made with the image, one of my own drawings:
Here is how I put the card together:
Image - coloured using alcohol markers (Copics, Spectrum Noir and Nellie Snellen)
Die cut border that has pointed peaks to echo the bunting - I embellished it using back stick on gems.
The DP (although not much is visible has ice cream cones on it - what's a celebration without ice cream!)
Wide lilac ribbon with narrow purple bows secured by sequins and beads that I sewed on.
I think the image can be used for any type of celebration - from birthdays to passing exams ... what do you think?
