The last round of the CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenges (#18) is currently underway and there are 5 summer related images up for grabs. One of them is a delicious Doodle Pantry image of a Banana Boat Dessert *(mmm I remember having these as a birthday treat when I was a child).
Here is my inspiration for you:

I coloured the yummy image using alcohol markers and added some Glossy Accents to the cherries. The image was cut out using the (Spellbinders?) die and then I popped it through the Cuttlebug again so those pretty cherries were embossed into the frame.
