IT'S MY PARTY!

No, it's not my birthday (yet) but this is the theme for The Outlawz Friday challenge, and my card features an image from Mo Manning.

I used alcohol markers for the colouring
 The sentiment and background image are digital.

I added lilac cord as a simple embellishment.
