HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A VINTAGE KINDA GAL ...


My image is a freebie from Create with TLC and as it is a png image I was able to layer it onto the vintage digital paper


I also added sewn on pearls:


as well as a satin ribbon and a metal charm:
