My funny CAS card was made for the Outlawz CAS challenge and features a Bugaboo Stamps image called JJ Pregnancy - Back Pain, and coloured with alcohol markers and a white gel pen.
I printed it on the border of the card and fussy cut it. A printed dp border with button detail was added.
