FREEBIE FRIDAY AT BUGABOO STAMPS

How cute is this image for a "Welcome Baby" card?


It's our freebie today at Bugaboo Stamps!

I coloured the image using Copics and a white gel pen, and some Glossy Accents:

To create my card I used

white CS card base
blue CS  mats
blue/white polka dot DP
pale blue corrugated board
blue satin and organza ribbon
blue flat back pearls
silver peel off sentiment and booties
