DIGISTAMPS 4 JOY :: NEW RELEASE :: MISTERI-ALL DRESSED UP

Four of my drawings of Misteri have been released in the DIGISTAMPS 4 JOY store today.

This one is called Misteri - All Dressed Up  and here is the card I made using it:

I used Copics to colour the image, as well as a white gel pen

RICK ST DENNIS' SPARKLE AND GLITTER "JULY FREEBIE CONTEST"

 Here we go again with another FREEBIE and CONTEST at the Rick St Dennis Sparkle and Glitter blog! 

I have enjoyed colouring in and making this sample with this delightful little Summer Faerie that Rick has drawn for everyone's delight.

I coloured her using Copics and a white gel pen :

Some Diamond Stickles add sparkle to her wings and she has a satin ribbon bow in her hair.

THE OUTLAWZ ALCOHOL MARKERS CHALLENGE

This week's alcohol markers challenge at The Outlawz is sponsored by Bombshell Stamps and our theme is BARBEQUES AND PICNICS

I have chosen to make a card using the sponsor's image, but not in the theme of the challenge:

The image is called Peek-a-Boo Geisha, and she is one of three in the set.

She is Copics coloured, fussy cut and stuck directly onto the DP.  Then I cut toothpicks to size and added them to the parasol with a flatback pearl in the centre.

The other embellishments are small flatback pearls in the corners. a satin ribbon bow and a peel off sentiment.

DIGISTAMPS 4 JOY :: NEW RELEASE :: BAMBOO

Here is a card I made with one of my own drawings released as a digistamp at Digistamps 4 Joy this past weekend.

I bought some new CS to use as base cards and inadvertently used it to print my image onto - but when I started colouring with the Copics I realised my error!  This board is too glossy for colouring but when taking a second look at the result, I think I like the look of it - it almost looked like water/acrylics so I decided to carry on ... and this is the result.  What do you think - be truthful, please?

 For my card I used a digital paper background and added some twine, a charm and a peel off sentiment.
