I printed the image on watercolour paper which is super absorbent and therefore gives a fabulous depth of colour. I used Copics and white gel pen and embellished using flowers that I coloured and glittered.

Here is this week's Sketch and my creations:


For my card, I used a Priscillastyles image, coloured using Copics, and fussy cut before attaching it to a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The sprig of flowers by Petaloo is coloured using blue food colouring and dried using a heat gun so that it started to scorch somewhat, creating an antique look to match the image.

For my 3D project, I crocheted a cellphone pouch in white cotton thread to which I added two Petaloo crocheted flowers which I left the original white to match the crochet cotton.

What wonderful products the Petaloo Color me Crazy flowers are - as you can see, you can colour them or leave them as is!

Now it's your turn to create something! While you're busy with your MMSC project, create something for the Petaloo Challenge too - there are AWESOME prizes to be won for both challenges!
