VINTAGE THEME CARD - FOR A MAN


This, I think, is one of my favourite cards in a long while.  Besides loving the Vincent van Gogh print (he's one of my favourite painters)  I think the composition is 'quietly' strong.

To create my card I printed the image onto canvas textured cream cardstock, and now I look like a counterfeiter LOL!


I used a beige cs mat, distressed it with TH distress ink (antique photo) and a brown cs mat. The sentiment was printed directly onto the card base, and a twine knot was used as an embellishment.
