KEEPING THANKS SIMPLE .. INSPIRED BY SUSAN RAIHALA - day 1

I have been inspired by Susan Raihala's posts ... 5 days of 'Keeping Thanks Simple' on her blog, Simplicity, and this is the card she posted on Day One

 
and this is my CASE of it


The leaf image is digital as is the sentiment, and I used gems to replace the sequins in Susan's example.
