I was given a cute little image to use for my inspiration card for you, and you can find it in the MILKCOFFEE store.

Here is my diamond easel card, with monochromatic colouring using Copics markers:

I used stickles on the wings and toadstool :

"The good old days" are sometimes not even as good at the good old images at Bugaboo Stamps!

Here is a card I made using a Bugaboo oldie:

The Bugaboo image featured is the snake block from the Mini Set - Tall Jungle Blocks and I coloured using alcohol markers.  He has stick on googly eyes.

I used the following for my card:

black CS card base

black, red and yellow CS mats

scrap of polka dot DP

offcut of silver bling trim (only three left so I cut them apart and added a black gem in each centre)

sentiment flags - computer generated.

Thursday's Twist challenge at The Outlawz calls for any type of folded card, and I played along for fun, and made this gate fold card:

I started off by hand embroidering  the lavender stems onto a heavy white CS diecut, using regular sewing thread and 2mm seed beads:

I added butterfly stickers and a raffia bow and then matted onto lavender, and white CS.

The base card is lavender CS, and I used silver peel offs and lavender gems in the corners.

Here is my 'for fun' card to entice you to join us:

My card features a digistamp from Bugaboo Stamps called Brat Sitter - curly hair girl that I coloured using alcohol makers and a white gel pen :

To make up my card I fussy cut the image and pasted onto a pink textured CS diecut, which in turn was pasted onto white then pink CS mats.

I sewed on some sequins and added flat back pearls to give a little interesting corner treatment:

THE OUTLAWZ PAPER A LA MODE CHALLENGE ON SATURDAY

There's an ANYTHING GOES challenge at The Outlawz Saturday challenge this week, and this is my entry (playing for fun as DT's can't enter)

The card consists of a rubber stamped image coloured using Copics and some punched and embossed flowers with sewn on sequin and pearl centres:

I used a lilac CS mat on a white CS card base, as I felt that any more embellishments would detract from the pretty colours.

I used "Tropical Santa - drink" from the Bugaboo store and coloured with Copics and a white gel pen :

On my card I used :

white CS base card

red CS mat

Christmas themed DP

round shimmer  red CS

sewn on sequins and beads

red organza ribbon

peel off sentiment

LET'S SCRAP - A NEW CHALLENGE!

This week's sketch at Let's Scrap is a double page layout (you can choose either the double page or either page) to create for this challenge :

I chose the left hand pge and flipped it a quarter turn to the left to create this vintage Christmas card:

I used free vintage Christmage images, printed them onto textured (cream) Bazzil cardstock and sprayed them with clear aerosol lacquer to give them an 'olde' look.  They were matted onto red-brown shimmer CS.

The card base is the shimmer re-brown CS, and over that I have striped DP and a scrap of Christmas themed DP.

The flag behind the images is also a scrap of  Christmas DP.

The embellishement is a flower, diecut CS holly leaves and flourishes.  I sewed on some beads by hand.
