MONDAY'S GREETING CARD CHALLENGE AT THE OUTLAWZ

The Greeting Card Challenge at the Outlawz is to make a greeting with a sentiment on the front, and to add stitching (hand, machine or faux).  I chose faux stitching and this is my card using a free colouring image from the internet:

I coloured the image using alcohol markers from BLUEBERRY BEAR and a white gel pen :

To create my card I used the following:

white CS card base
four offcuts of DP and using a black fineline pen I created faux stitching and knots, also the large tacking stitches around the pink polka dot background DP
printed circle sentiment (not sure who it's from, but if you do, please let me know)
three puffy fabric flowers
two pawprint buttons

Thanks for visiting me!

I would like to add this card to the following challenges too:

THE PINK ELEPHANT, TPE185, INSPIRATION PHOTO (my inspiration – the red hearts, the colour pink, and the polka dots)

  3. Your coloring is exceptional. I love all the detail. The gingham is great, as well as the puffy flowers (where did you get these?), and the little paw print buttons are adorable. Thanks for joining us at Incy Wincy Challenges for Love Is In The Air. Good Luck!

    1. Thanks Trudy - I am a compulsive buyer of bits and bobs - and can honestly not remember where I bought them ... I can narrow it down to somewhere in South Africa though! LOL!
