A BIT O' BLING FOR THE OUTLAWZ MONDAY CHALLENGE

Monday's weekly challenge at The Outlawz called for bling ...
and here is my card:


I coloured the image using alcohol markers and a white gel pen, and added Stickles to parts of her outfit.
