Here is this week's sketch and my creation:
My card this week features a digistamp from Annabelle's and when I first saw it I thought of all those images of the WW2 soldiers kissing the girls when the end of the war was announced. That led me to create a collage effect background paper, using images depicting the happiness that everyone felt. The heart printed DP depicts the love that was spread around. As embellishments I used an anchor charm that started life as part of an earring, and the spray of flowers finishes off what I think has turned out to be a fabulous card (if I may say so myself!)
The sketch this week is super easy to work with, so why don't you have a go and enter the challenge? You could win some really fabulous prizes! Just click HERE to check out more details of how to enter, and while you are there, have a look-see what the other awesomely talented design team ladies have created this week, to give you a little more inspiration ............ and just look at those prizes again!
And talking of prizes... how would you like to win a set of Copics and get your hands on some free digis? The Crafters Digital Art Center has just started running a progressive challenge... and the first set of digis is free, and the next and the next, if you enter the round with one of the freebies you received. So by entering you keep getting gorgeous new images, as well as a chance to win a set of Copics, and maybe some other goodies along the way. Click HERE to enter
Until next week ....
