THE OUTLAWZ PROGRESSIVE FREEBIE CHALLENGE

 

The image featured on my card is from the Make it Crafty store, and I coloured it with alcohol markers

I also used the following from my hoarded stash:


white cs base
black cs mat
dandelion flower border, coloured with alcohol markers 
punched flowers, coloured with alcohol markers
dandelion die cut
sewn on sequins and beads
shiny red butterfly
gems
satin ribbon
