DIGISTAMPS 4 JOY :: NEW RELEASES : MISTERI - PROM DATE

It’s time for me to share some more new images at Digistamps 4 Joy and this week three new Misteri images have been released.  I love drawing the Misteri character, and this one I have to share with you is

MISTERI - PROM DATE

(She is also available as a pre-coloured image  in the colour palette shown on my card below)

I coloured the image using Copic markers, and a white gel pen.  Here is a better view :

I used the following supplies from my stash to make up my card:

white CS base card

purple CS card mat 

purple printed DP

scallop punched border with green and purple satin ribbon trim

layered fabric and paper flowers with lilac paper rose centres

bright green ribbon bows

flat back pearls

peel off sentiment

It’s time for me to share some more new images at Digistamps 4 Joy and this week three new Misteri images have been released.  I love drawing the Misteri character, and the first one I have to share with you is

MISTERI THINKING

 

I coloured the image using Copic markers, and a white gel pen.   The image was fussy cut and positioned it so that it looks as though she this leaning on the die cut frame.   Here is a better view :

I used the following supplies from my stash to make up my card:

pink CS base card

two different DP's

pink cs diecut frame

layered paper flower with sewn on sequins and beads centre

border punch foliage with tiny sewn on sequins and beads

A PHOTO THEME CHALLENGE AT BUGABOO STAMPS

Now it is time for our newest challenge which is a photo inspiration.  Don’t forget the photo serves as a a prompt to get your creative juices flowing.   Your project need not be an exact copy of the picture below but can be anything that comes to mind when you see the picture! 

The rules are simple: Create a photo inspired project and post a link to it on Bugaboo Stamps challenge blog, Catch the Bug,  by 6/29/13 at  6:00 AM EST to be entered into a random drawing for three digi prize packs –ten (10) (using Bugaboo only) seven (7) or four (4), using any image! 

New projects only no backlinking please!  Limit 3 projects per follower! 

This is how the photo inspired me to make a summer themed card:

 

I mereged two Bugaboo images,  Picnic Ant -Soda and Picnic Ant - Cupcake 2

 

To create my card I used :

white CS base card

red CS mats

two different DP's

felt diecut flowers

flat back pearl centres

shiny red cord

 cutlery metal charm

 A KEEP CALM sentiment that I created with the help of this website.
