ANYTHING GOES AT SQUIGGLEFLY THIS WEEK


Don't we all just LOVE an Anything Goes challenge?

My inspiration card for you features the image from artist Sal Schiebe and is called Winter Fairy

I coloured her with my alcohol markers, a white gel pen  and some Glossy Accents:


Also used on my card are:

blue cs mat
floral dp


white cs diecut, embellished with sequins and beads sewn on
snowflake die cut using shiny lilac cs
lilac satin ribbon
silver peel off sentiment

WEDNESDAY'S SKETCH CHALLENGE AT THE OUTLAWZ


The image featured in my card is by the artist Cheryl Grant Alger, and is available in the Squigglefly Store.  I used alcohol markers to colour her:


To create my card I used the following from my hoarded stash:

white cs base
green cs mats
butterfly dp
oval diecut
sewn on sequins and beads
digital sentiment on a tag
green/white polka dot bow
I used the offcuts of the dp - cut out some butterflies, matted onto green cs, and 3D'd them on as embellishments

I have entered my card into the sketch challenge at The Outlawz.

A NEW CHALLENGE AT SQUIGGLEFLY

Today's new challenge at Squigglefly is.
GIVE ME A SQUARE DEAL
(make a square card)


and my DT card to inspire you to enter features an image called  Old World Santa Christmas & Holly Wreath by Pamela Lehto and is available in the Squigglefly store.

I coloured using alcohol markers and a white gel pen


Here is a close-up of the beads I sewed onto the wreath, as well as the sequins on the red cs diecut


I used a white cs background, a red cs mat, and a white cs base card.

A NEW CHALLENGE AT SQUIGGLEFLY


If you can read this post it means that my internet has stayed connected for long enough to get this post published!

Today's new challenge at Squigglefly is to 
"Orange, Purple, or Black"

My card to inspire you uses all three.  The image featured is Hurt Bunny Crutches, and also comes with two additional sayings, plus the saying shown on this card.


I used Copics for the colouring, as well as the following to create my card:

white cs base
black cs mat
ornange/back checked (digial) dp
orange ribbon
3 rolled flowers with pearl centres:
the white one was cut with a die
the orange one was cut freehand from orange cs
the lilac one was cut from white cs that I spritzed and coloured before freehand cutting
