THE OUTLAWZ FRIDAY COLOURING CHALLENGE


This is my entry into the Friday challenge at The Outlawz, where the colour palette is

 

The image is from Zuri Artsy Craftsy, and is coloured using alcohol markers
I placed her on a coloured background.  The balloon with the sentiment is printed, fussy cut and popped up on foam blocks.  I also added a satin ribbon bow.
