It may be winter outside (but in my heart it's spring) ...
Do you remember this 1973 song by Love Unlimited?
For some reason this song kept playing in my head while I was colouring my image and making my card ....
I used alcohol markers for the colouring:
As I used the png version of the image, called Skippin Lou, from Digistamps 4 Joy, I was able to layer the transparent background over a scene of a meadow.
To create my card I used the following from my hoarded stash:
white cs card base
yellow cs mats
layered flowers
lots of flower and butterfly sequins - sewn on
sentiment, cut with a circle punch
pink gingham bow
